Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our items are packaged and shipped discretely, to ensure only the buyer knows the contents of the package. 

We offer pay on delivery services for orders within Benin City. For all orders outside of Benin City, we also offer payment on delivery but Terms and Conditions apply.

 

We accept payment on delivery outside Benin City if the following Terms and Conditions are met:

The delivery fee and damages fee of ₦3,000 must be paid before the package is sent out should incase a customer cancels the order after it has been sent out.
Damages fee will be deducted at the point of pick up.
The customer has agreed to make a bank transfer at the point of pick-up.
The customer will provide full house address and active phone number
However, if you’re not able to pay online, we could send you our bank account details for payments.

Benin City residents pay N1,000 for delivery within town, while ₦2,000 is charged for deliveries within Edo State. We also deliver outside Edo State, however the charge may vary within ₦3,000 - ₦5,000 depending on distance and location.

 

Orders above ₦50,000 will be shipped free for Nigerian addresses.

For orders outside Edo State, we will send a tracking number for you to monitor your shipment until it arrives at your location. Please note that deliveries take a maximum of 48 hours after payment has been made. A signature will be required upon delivery.

 

In the event of any exceptions to our shipping schedule, you will be notified via email or phone call. We will require phone numbers to contact you before and upon delivery for validation purposes.

 

Shipping is handled on our behalf by courier service providers.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our products are duly tested before being sent out. Every item purchased on Café Rizada has a returnable period of 7 days, as long as they stay unused. We would not accept returned items that have been damaged or used in any form. Because of health concerns and the nature of items we sell, they cannot be reused, we therefore would not accept any returned item that has been used.
